Painting for “Artists on Location” Knoxville Museum of Art, April 26, 2025

I’m thrilled to have been chosen to be a part of the Plein Air painters who will be painting for a week in and around Knoxville, April 21 -26th, for an exhibit that culminates Saturday, April 26th at the Knoxville Museum of Art for a soiree fundraiser. This will be my third year to do this.

It’s quite challenging to run around Knoxville finding spots to paint – sometimes 3 locations per day – but well worth the exhaustion when everyone has hung their work on Saturday and you get to view what all these great artists chose to paint and how they see the world. I hope you will join me there for this magical culmination of 5 days of painting outside in the elements.
